Download OZ Simulator
You can experience OZ for yourself! All you need is a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator X and appropriate flight controls. Please download OZ and the OZ tutorial and learn how to use the PFD of the future.
Follow these simple steps to fly OZ in a Cessna 172 platform.
- Purchase and install a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator X.
- Purchase and install an appropriate set of flight controls ().
- Download and install FSUIPC, an interface program that reads data from MSFSX and sends it to OZ. (use the link on this page)
- Download and install OZ (OZ download is once again available. Thanks for your patience.)
- Download and read the OZ tutorial.
- Fly OZ!
OZ Flight Controls:
You will need an MSFSX-compatible set of flight controls. A yoke or joystick is enough but you can also add rudder pedals and even a separate throttle. We use the CH Products Flight Sim Yoke and Rudder Pedals.

FSUIPC:
FSUIPC is an application program interface used by OZ to capture aircraft state information from FSX.
Download and install FSUIPC as instructed on the FSUIPC web site. You do not need to pay to register FSUIPC, the free download version provides all the functionality necessary to run OZ.
